We review your fleet size, vehicle mix, current maintenance process, pain points, and operational priorities, then recommend a maintenance plan and membership level. There is no cost or obligation.
Our standard service area is within 15 miles of U Wrench It Auto in Palmyra, NJ. Service outside that area is available with an applicable travel fee, and longer-distance service may be available by request.
Core covers essential fleet management and maintenance organization. Priority adds shop labor discounts, priority scheduling, and quarterly reviews. No, we don’t advertise 24/7 service, guaranteed emergency response, guaranteed same-day repair, or guaranteed overnight completion. Emergency and after-hours service is made available when staffing permits.
Your membership fee covers fleet management services, scheduling, digital records, reporting, and planning. Maintenance, repairs, and parts are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
When repairs exceed mobile capabilities, we coordinate transportation when applicable, perform or schedule the repair at U Wrench It Auto, communicate throughout the process, and work to return your vehicle to service as quickly as practical.
